Where is our data, and who can see it?
Your data is processed and stored in the EU and never used to train AI models. Every customer runs fully separated from the others, your knowledge can never surface in another company's answers. We sign a data processing agreement as a matter of course.
How long does it take to get started?
Standard integrations (email, calendar, CRM, finance) are typically connected within the first week. Custom integrations for industry systems usually take one to two weeks on top. Most customers feel the value in week one.
What if Svarly answers incorrectly?
Everything outgoing starts as a draft that you approve, Svarly sends nothing on its own until you actively opt in. And because every answer comes with sources, you can always see what it's based on before you hit send.
Which systems can you integrate with?
Email and calendar (Microsoft 365, Google), CRM (monday.com, HubSpot, Pipedrive and more), finance (e-conomic, Billy, Dinero), and beyond that, pretty much anything with an API, including industry systems and home-built solutions. See the list under integrations.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. You pay a setup fee and then a fixed monthly price. Cancellation is the current month + 30 days, we'd rather keep you with good answers than with a contract.
