Customer stories

Real companies. Real answers.

Svarly isn't a theory, it minds phones, inboxes and meetings every day. Here's the story of where it all started, and what it looks like in other industries.

Nordic Housing: 590+ homes, one inbox, and the replies sit ready

Camilla Dalskjær runs Nordic Housing Denmark. Every vacant home triggers a shower of enquiries from tenants, landlords and the housing portal, and all the knowledge about the cases lived in the inbox, the calendar and her head.

Svarly was built here. Eight times a day, the assistant reads the inbox: it understands who is writing and what it's about, prepares a draft reply in Camilla's own tone, creates follow-up tasks, and moves the case forward in the monday.com pipeline, enriched with official property data from the Danish BBR register.

"I open my drafts and the replies sound like me. I read through, adjust and hit send, the rest is already done."

  • Draft replies in Camilla's tone, with actual available slots from the calendar
  • Tenants get suggestions for matching vacant homes, with links
  • Confirmed viewings and move-ins land in the calendar by themselves
  • A pipeline of 590+ properties kept up to date in monday.com
  • A weekly management report every Monday, and reactivation of cold leads every Wednesday
  • Connected to Outlook, monday.com, Boligportalen and BBR

What it could look like in your industry

Same memory. New industries.

Nordic Housing was the first. Here are two examples of how the same setup works in other industries, told as a typical week.

Retail & e-commerce

The web shop that answers before the customer asks again

"Where is my package?" is half the inbox. Svarly looks the order up in Shopify and Shipmondo, writes the reply with track&trace, and notices on its own when a shipment is stuck, so the customer hears about it before they get around to writing.

"Customer service went from a full-time job to an approval round over the morning coffee."

Restaurants & experiences

The restaurant where the phone never rings in vain

At 6 pm the kitchen has no time for the phone. Svarly takes it: books tables in resOS, answers menu and allergy questions, takes catering requests, and has a draft quote ready by the next morning.

"We only discovered how many bookings we were losing once we stopped losing them."
